About the Role

We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sushi Maki Roller to join our growing team! Both experienced sushi makers and quick-learning beginners are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and roll high-quality makis and sushi items with speed and consistency.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work stations according to food safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep work and inventory as needed.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff during peak rush hours.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience with sushi or kitchen prep is a plus (onsite training provided).
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good work ethic, punctual, and team-focused.
