- Coordinate and manage technical resources
3 W9 a" K9 X8 _" X - Set procedural standards to ensure production consistency and quality, and to minimize repeated errors.

- Coach teammates on procedural standards, and iteratively review and revise such standards with them.

Experience & Knowledge:

* _$ V% i! I1 Q/ h! y8 B4 g This position requires solid understanding and progressive experience using ColdFusion MX 8.
9 L8 _, X4 t, r
: H j3 X6 K- g4 r7 ]- 5+ years experience using Cold Fusion, most recently on MX 7
; e2 S: T4 O7 e8 g - Strong SQL skills and experience with MS SQL and/or MySQL0 W, D" c }- {" o* d5 y* [) _
- Strong HTML and JavaScript skills
4 A9 x- L9 P5 Z - Highly skilled in Web Application architecture and design0 I9 u: I3 E' t' K4 n; \
- Full life-cycle software development, including requirements analysis, design, testing, & implementation.5 T e( q3 d) ~2 B
- Experience in developing applications with heavy transactions volume.
8 k$ H6 U6 N2 j' b! |" O - Strong experience in process improvement (technical & behavourial)1 W) b' A9 V" ?2 Q L0 l
- Solid experience in software development process

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must& x3 Q/ S' z* y* m$ V1 X; \
- A Computer Science / Programming degree or diploma is required
