Duties and Responsibilities:

- Requirements gathering, web applications user interface design and detailed technical design

9 M8 B$ a% q+ g" | - Work with QA team for code build/releases, test case design and error resolution.

- Monitor technological advancements and recommend technology for use in the development environment
$ J: i4 @" F' ^ - Mentor other teammates on ColdFusion design and Development+ M5 K+ Q! G. h+ Y
- Coach teammates on procedural standards, and iteratively review and revise such standards with them.# P. \" [+ T, s5 C9 A

This position requires solid understanding and progressive experience using ColdFusion MX 8.8 C) w* R! g+ B* v `! n j
% W: Z A" }& V- v! i; ~+ P0 X) x- 5+ years experience using Cold Fusion, most recently on MX 7, g2 w5 N& }: ~
- Strong SQL skills and experience with MS SQL and/or MySQL) }& S+ A$ k2 Z/ |1 U0 Z0 k6 l
- Strong HTML and JavaScript skills
6 F3 [4 z* d* d7 [ - Highly skilled in Web Application architecture and design
6 v- ?! J2 j, z! K, G0 p - Full life-cycle software development, including requirements analysis, design, testing, & implementation.1 Q0 E& J7 x7 i* Z! Q
- Experience in developing applications with heavy transactions volume., ]" N- H) Y7 [7 T, L
- Strong experience in process improvement (technical & behavourial)
0 \' M5 Z3 F$ X7 K1 J) \, g - Solid experience in software development process
8 t* }6 Y' c$ B. ? - QA knowledge is required.4 D* t: J$ E* K0 K# g
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
# h: ], D3 B; u5 ? - A Computer Science / Programming degree or diploma is required
2 h( N2 v1 G. w8 L - Certification in Cold Fusion development is preferred.
