Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead and participate in all phases of the web development lifecycle.

- Analyzes, designs, develops large, complex web application sand prototypes.: W2 F/ s, O7 ]
- Requirements gathering, web applications user interface design and detailed technical design

- Work with QA team for code build/releases, test case design and error resolution.: d$ }, U& t/ e: h: F, b# d
- Produce and update application documentation
' F! }( j$ B( ~1 w) Q1 t, m( a - Coordinate and manage technical resources
4 l' f4 d7 g# ~- `& n - Set procedural standards to ensure production consistency and quality, and to minimize repeated errors.- b/ K! G% |% r% c
- Monitor technological advancements and recommend technology for use in the development environment( L2 L+ G _0 C9 {) z1 e. W
- Mentor other teammates on ColdFusion design and Development; Q1 k, r! ]1 `
- Coach teammates on procedural standards, and iteratively review and revise such standards with them./ U# ~6 K- \6 z I6 \3 k

. I; t7 O- C5 O6 \ o* O a* o This position requires solid understanding and progressive experience using ColdFusion MX 8.
- q# x% U" n7 H" v. F- Z7 V: Z& j, A8 I1 z
- 5+ years experience using Cold Fusion, most recently on MX 7
! u( f1 v6 }) R9 x' C5 [$ ^ - Strong SQL skills and experience with MS SQL and/or MySQL
9 {/ T, ]( E) `4 F% F - Strong HTML and JavaScript skills- L1 ?2 J c% v) s3 c
- Highly skilled in Web Application architecture and design6 j `# N6 E2 X8 ^
- Full life-cycle software development, including requirements analysis, design, testing, & implementation.* ?0 Q8 b# p5 C2 O
- Experience in developing applications with heavy transactions volume.
, u* n/ U6 Z, X" N$ |5 J4 A+ y" k - Strong experience in process improvement (technical & behavourial)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must

- Certification in Cold Fusion development is preferred.$ \ J! _5 \2 r
