- Develop database structure/code (packages, procedures, functions, etc) for the application as required.+ p% ?9 i1 S* J; q
- Establish and communicate data management processes and procedures.9 l H; v6 p0 s' J# b Z r2 x* e
- Support developers in resolving technical problems.
- k( _& _ n8 Z. ?1 ^ - Manage a technically complex and ambiguous environment.* N+ S* A3 q3 l- H* i
- Exploit the advantages of new and old technologies alike.
& @4 @: h, L5 _. y# o - Analyze, define, design, and propose solutions to business problems at the highest level.
' {2 P, B/ x* E4 X1 E, Y - Advise on how to plan, organize, and provide technical control for the computing resources that are required in the development of system solutions.

- Consult with other application groups on database design, query and transaction optimization, and security.

- Provide leadership and mentoring to more intermediate and junior developers, transferring domain and technical knowledge;

Experience & Knowledge:

- Degree in Computer Science, Applied Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years design/programming experience with relational databases;' [6 }5 g6 X* ?& I! y! |4 F( b
- 5+ years developing against relational database (MsSQL Server 2000 & 2005);
6 i) R0 l8 @8 d8 a7 @- ^) ] - 3+ Years developing integration solutions using Microsoft Biztalk 2004/2006 (BizTalk 2006 is an asset);8 S0 i$ N R- P1 D: P' I
- Expert in SSIS/DTS Skills Required, as well as, experience developing and tuning high performance, secure scalable and reliable business systems;) ^( ^: Q$ Y% p2 c) p
- Expert in Web Services, XSD schemas and in BizTalk Orchestration / Mapping tools;

- Experience in using BizTalk development environments

- Excellent collaboration, communication and problem solving skills;
