Senior MS SQL Database Integrator / Developer Needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Implement integration solutions using Microsoft Biztalk/ g" h2 l0 n6 U) p+ L4 W
- Develop database structure/code (packages, procedures, functions, etc) for the application as required.; N+ d* d5 x8 o+ g1 ?, [
- Establish and communicate data management processes and procedures.7 l5 s, n# \+ m3 S& E
- Support developers in resolving technical problems.
6 i. c( A0 j$ a+ t" m - Manage a technically complex and ambiguous environment.
6 ~7 P3 e: d( Y8 Y9 I* h - Exploit the advantages of new and old technologies alike.
" [) G6 c! V- p - Analyze, define, design, and propose solutions to business problems at the highest level.
/ a8 N! S: T* C& g% S2 f. [ - Advise on how to plan, organize, and provide technical control for the computing resources that are required in the development of system solutions.

- Coordinate efforts, exploit technology, and use business logic to manage IT projects.
& U4 t/ [& w5 C% w: P- N3 P& K - Consult with other application groups on database design, query and transaction optimization, and security. & T3 H6 H6 l( {4 `: j L$ y
- Provide backup support and supervision for the team manager as necessary.
* b& I U3 i. G% s& b& |: J A3 x4 N - Provide leadership and mentoring to more intermediate and junior developers, transferring domain and technical knowledge;

Experience & Knowledge: + S9 v5 j% \4 n. D* X5 X

7 e- @9 r2 u2 R4 n! u1 Z* H' L! b4 h% ^+ N# _3 Q
- Degree in Computer Science, Applied Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years design/programming experience with relational databases;* c* t y. b7 ~4 |
- 5+ years developing against relational database (MsSQL Server 2000 & 2005);2 O' u5 S6 ]0 k* s
- 3+ Years developing integration solutions using Microsoft Biztalk 2004/2006 (BizTalk 2006 is an asset);
, E1 T9 \- U1 D5 O - Expert in SSIS/DTS Skills Required, as well as, experience developing and tuning high performance, secure scalable and reliable business systems;
! m* @/ R, s+ G5 ~; H3 [+ H - Expert in Web Services, XSD schemas and in BizTalk Orchestration / Mapping tools;! g) K2 J$ J) N
- Experience in using BizTalk for SOA / ESB solutions4 {* ^! M! ?) H: L, W4 ^
- Experience in using BizTalk development environments
) J# q9 K( K l/ O+ u/ N4 A5 ^3 M - Experience in supporting/mentoring developers in resolving technical problems, as well as, managing a technically complex and ambiguous environment;
