- Implement integration solutions using Microsoft Biztalk
7 r4 ]8 [3 X4 D- U - Develop database structure/code (packages, procedures, functions, etc) for the application as required.

- Support developers in resolving technical problems.' A6 [! o' ]6 X% J) e, g' z2 i- j* m
- Manage a technically complex and ambiguous environment.2 P' r% p- \* E& A
- Exploit the advantages of new and old technologies alike.

- Advise on how to plan, organize, and provide technical control for the computing resources that are required in the development of system solutions.

- Coordinate efforts, exploit technology, and use business logic to manage IT projects.% l, I8 R6 H+ }4 N
- Consult with other application groups on database design, query and transaction optimization, and security.

Experience & Knowledge: 1 ~& n5 ~5 L9 n

) ]. z, X) Y' A0 j; q1 V- Degree in Computer Science, Applied Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years design/programming experience with relational databases;9 q9 i8 u. d o, {3 R( [+ h
- 5+ years developing against relational database (MsSQL Server 2000 & 2005);
' X! z# |- H* N0 c! O U! ^1 E6 ? - 3+ Years developing integration solutions using Microsoft Biztalk 2004/2006 (BizTalk 2006 is an asset);
& `$ n) f2 X+ X9 Q! C - Expert in SSIS/DTS Skills Required, as well as, experience developing and tuning high performance, secure scalable and reliable business systems;
7 _- v. t7 }1 E2 H) u. A - Expert in Web Services, XSD schemas and in BizTalk Orchestration / Mapping tools;

- Experience in using BizTalk development environments( ]( M K5 D2 K. a
- Experience in supporting/mentoring developers in resolving technical problems, as well as, managing a technically complex and ambiguous environment;" Q- E1 c7 E! @
- Excellent collaboration, communication and problem solving skills;
