- Develop database structure/code (packages, procedures, functions, etc) for the application as required.

- Support developers in resolving technical problems.' C6 S* v; i% ^( ]8 o5 J. |
- Manage a technically complex and ambiguous environment.

- Establish and communicate how to implement technologies and decisions.

- Consult with other application groups on database design, query and transaction optimization, and security. ! I0 {, N% I% g
- Provide backup support and supervision for the team manager as necessary.* h. L/ e2 Z Z- l5 _: R2 r( m
- Provide leadership and mentoring to more intermediate and junior developers, transferring domain and technical knowledge; 1 a+ p3 @0 y. N+ g# I# D$ S

. C- N- N( F; I+ y R( P- Degree in Computer Science, Applied Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years design/programming experience with relational databases;
# z6 ?' n8 h4 Z. |" ?4 C" P0 p - 5+ years developing against relational database (MsSQL Server 2000 & 2005);
' F7 B/ U+ X+ E! c2 a" s - 3+ Years developing integration solutions using Microsoft Biztalk 2004/2006 (BizTalk 2006 is an asset);( V$ w% Z" x @+ Z! E; o
- Expert in SSIS/DTS Skills Required, as well as, experience developing and tuning high performance, secure scalable and reliable business systems;
. y' B0 ?/ c" D9 B+ R7 ^ - Expert in Web Services, XSD schemas and in BizTalk Orchestration / Mapping tools;% J w9 U, w3 r0 h: V3 h
- Experience in using BizTalk for SOA / ESB solutions
