Responsibilities and missions:

Qualifications and skills:
-College diploma completed in a related field;

-Bilingualism – Essential;

-Advanced level of proficiency in Outlook – Essential;
-Good knowledge of Access and SQL-Asset
-Excellent communicator, both oral and written;

*Détermine, prépare, planifie et organise l’ensemble des transports des réceptions et expéditions des commandes.
*Assure le suivi des différents transports afin de répondre aux demandes des clients et s’assurent de gérer les litiges occasionnés.
*Communique avec les transporteurs afin de répondre aux questions de réception et d’expédition et s’assure de fournir les instructions lorsqu’un défi le requiert.
*Pour ce porte vous pouvez vous référer à un candidat ayant accumulé de l’expérience en tant que chef d’équipe par exemple.

*Effectue l’entrée de données requises aux divers systèmes.
*Imprime les documents requis pour l’expédition.
