*Procède à la vérification des bons de réception versus la marchandise reçue, les bordereaux de commandes et documente le tout en enregistrant les données au registre de vérification.
*Déballe, code et distribue la marchandise aux endroits d'entreposage appropriés.
*Examine et vérifie les arrivages en les comparants avec les données du WMS et relève toute situation incompatible à son supérieur pour obtenir ses instructions.
*Valide les instructions de relâche et de réconciliation DIN d’expédition pour prioriser l’ordre de préparation des commandes.
*Complète le traitement des commandes de destruction des produits.
*Effectue l’entrée de données requises aux divers systèmes.
*Imprime les documents requis pour l’expédition.
*Effectue l’entrée de données nécessaire à la confirmation des expéditions dans les logiciels appropriés et achemine les confirmations aux clients.
*Communique avec les clients par écrit lorsque nécessaire.
