Les tâches sont:

*Réalise les analyses de pénuries lors du lancement de vagues ainsi que lance et priorise les réapprovisionnements réactifs et préventifs des quantités.
* Q+ G( R! W7 U- W6 c*Détermine, prépare, planifie et organise l’ensemble des transports des réceptions et expéditions des commandes.
*Assure le suivi des différents transports afin de répondre aux demandes des clients et s’assurent de gérer les litiges occasionnés.
*Communique avec les transporteurs afin de répondre aux questions de réception et d’expédition et s’assure de fournir les instructions lorsqu’un défi le requiert.
*Pour ce porte vous pouvez vous référer à un candidat ayant accumulé de l’expérience en tant que chef d’équipe par exemple.
*Doit être capable de bien comprendre l'anglais ou le français.

*Examine et vérifie les arrivages en les comparants avec les données du WMS et relève toute situation incompatible à son supérieur pour obtenir ses instructions.
; }2 v/ l6 @. P7 c*Valide les instructions de relâche et de réconciliation DIN d’expédition pour prioriser l’ordre de préparation des commandes.

/ m3 A2 y$ v8 L0 V% r! t# E7 j% d*Effectue l’entrée de données requises aux divers systèmes.
*Imprime les documents requis pour l’expédition.
$ U- v' y$ }5 s+ k0 N*Effectue l’entrée de données nécessaire à la confirmation des expéditions dans les logiciels appropriés et achemine les confirmations aux clients.
*Communique avec les clients par écrit lorsque nécessaire.
*Apporte son support dans l’ensemble des tâches administratives nécessaires aux activités de la logistique.
