• Coach teammates on procedural standards, and iteratively review and revise such standards with them.

  This position requires solid understanding and progressive experience using ColdFusion MX 8.

• 5+ years experience using Cold Fusion,      most recently on MX 7
  
• Strong SQL skills and experience with      MS SQL and/or MySQL
  
• Strong HTML and JavaScript skills

• Highly skilled in Web Application      architecture and design
  
• Full life-cycle software development,      including requirements analysis, design, testing, & implementation.

• Experience in developing applications      with heavy transactions volume.

• Strong experience in process      improvement (technical & behavourial)
  
• Solid experience in software      development process

•    This candidate will be responsible for design and development of MS SQL databases, with a heavy emphasis on building stored procedures and structures for transactional e-commerce applications.

• Consult with other application groups on database design, query and transaction optimization, and security.

• Provide backup support and supervision for the team manager as necessary.

• Degree in Computer Science, Applied Science      or Engineering, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years design/programming      experience with relational databases;

• Ability to understand, write and debug      Microsoft Transact-SQL (T-SQL) for both queries and stored procedures.

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server      and to a lesser extent, MySQL.

• Excellent collaboration, communication and      problem solving skills;

Salary Range: 55K-65k/year
