位于Saint Laurent工业园的科技数据服务中心，现组建团队，招聘监控人员若干名，薪资面议，三个月试用期。

f2 \( Q0 O% f' L/ p5 ?- Remote monitoring, managing, and maintaining data center operations. Ensure proper running of the existing data center systems.
- Troubleshoot and report system incidents/problems and abnormalities.
- Resolve incidents related to routine problems or known issues. Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolution based on the predefined troubleshooting guide provided.
- Proactively monitor the data center systems' uptime, proactively ensure system availability to prevent downtime and coordinate problem resolution with the vendor or tech support groups.
- Perform Alert Monitoring triggered from the monitoring system (mode of notification: Audio, SMS, email).

- Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or systems analysis, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow specified policies and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to overcome challenges

0 g' k' P+ I2 K) G+ L9 QThe role has standard working conditions in an office type of environment with a rotational shift schedule to support 24/7 operations. Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
