The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing.$ h) J6 u- S+ K( K
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file , e* U: o( |. u! {3 O9 U
Ensure all client special instructions are followed9 w; J3 h0 d K1 u1 {
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work $ F1 X; W& `3 a K& Z$ a. S
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status ) H X. Q/ r7 `2 l, n3 b
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status h3 }- y. q4 E( N7 Q1 u- T/ D
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. 6 j2 y2 D* u* ^5 g/ J+ q4 c
Follow up on client’s reports% ~: W1 t D6 ?- }' B, i: \
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents* \- d3 \4 z; J" W+ N8 J, _- D

Minimum 3 years related experience;" ^' F& F k6 e& t# Y/ o) D# ~
Experience handling Ocean and Air shipments and asset " V, m3 A; X3 u$ |2 p+ \; T" \
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) + b! D- \$ G' n% O# {5 x
