Altima Telecom is one of the leading telecommunications companies proving the best Internet, IP phone and IPTV services in Canada. We are currently seeking a self-motivated team player to fulfill one of our Customer Service Rep position.
Job Description
- Communicate with our clientele via inbound calls and emails, Provide excellent assistance to our customers’ inquiries which includes: Billing, service offerings, account updates, upgrades, cancellations requests, address and service changes/upgrades, moving orders, basic technical troubleshooting.7 J7 C ^ x) {& i4 W' K% W# B6 j
Skills/Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary, GED or higher
- Customer service experience with the telecommunication industry.
- Technical support experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a computerized and constantly changing environment.
- Knowledge of modem configuration (DSL modems, CABLEmodems, PBX, LAN, WAN, Android TV box, dual band routers) is an asset.
- Fluency in English, and a second language both in writing and speaking are required, other languages are an asset preferably French, Mandarin& Cantonese, Spanish, Hindi & punjabi, and Arabic." H9 a5 v# @2 A5 @4 f1 ?
