# C: o- o/ y0 E; g) f - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Cost Accounting and Revenue recognition for multiple companies.6 h$ i m6 I% ~3 U/ U9 ~$ f! t
- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations, provide guidance to AR, AP, Payroll and other accountant/bookkeeper when needed.
& m& V8 U: Y. e: \ - Lead and coordinate the budgeting/forecasting process and report project cost variances
- P8 S. j" {4 Q - Manage and comply with reporting requirements for tax credits and filings
4 S: [6 ^$ p/ i( j - Prepare internal financial statement timely according to bank loan reporting requirement
: o" A, Z) @2 [+ S - Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and General Ledger Journal entries.6 @+ n4 L3 @2 z: _

* F8 i* f" w- z% e9 z5 S
: W6 v# z& |! P5 x3 g: ~! Y - have a recognized accounting designation - CGA, CMA, CA or CPA4 B7 A! \$ ]( i( F
- 5+ years in a similar role in an import/export company' {, v/ j' a' w2 D0 f. F
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ' D& ^4 S9 A: g' b$ N4 g9 q" }
- Strong computer skills especially in MS Office
& w7 ~9 c# e& m2 R0 @) ]% T - Working knowledge of accounting software (Acomba or ERP system)& H; h( q& T/ M0 h
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, B5 q1 b9 ^6 _+ f2 g
- Strong planning and organizational skills
