ESSENTIALS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
9 f; i; |% I0 a, U" rCommunicate with overseas offices / agents
' |% ?9 t2 e7 g8 k7 tOpen files
1 K3 o4 z8 p' C8 vPre-alert handling
6 {' |/ T. a0 E+ ]. `Daily tracing of ports & railing schedule
Update clients
, R% a0 P9 ]: m: h' @2 K+ y2 {Prepare mainfest and invoice
! D! b3 }2 l; U0 f) |( pArrange delivery
Assist office daily routine
; K1 [2 ?! R# V  _5 v" R2 i, R; E1 m
QUALIFICATIONS
-At least one year of experience as import coordinator preferred
# G- i0 i- X/ y- n4 H/ t-College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

WORKING HOURS
