Plan and coordinate the inbound/outbound shipments.
Interact with customers regarding distribution, shipping and billing inquiries, and coordinate with respective internal teams.
Work directly with the operations team and ensure materials are moving through system accurately and make system adjustments when necessary.
Provide general office assistance by sorting mail, filing correspondence, etc.
Cooperate with operations and logistics managers in multiple provinces on a daily basis to ensure logistics priorities or issues. Develop new business via telephone, email

Follow up to ensure the sample and the drawing are accepted by the customer
Ensure customer orders get processed and shipped on time.

1-2 years' experience in customer service or logistics management a must
Speaks fluently English
Strong computer skills especially in MS Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook)
Inventory maintenance experience a plus
Major in Supply Chain Management is an asset
Familiar with modern warehousing practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
