有耐心,工作积极热情, 能够灵活处理各项问题。
; X1 D/ h/ L/ |5 J5 r  V) h# t- a: c前台工作主要是接待周末的客人上门换取MODEM 及modem 库存记录
: a6 q* `6 L( X% `周一至周五,10:00AM - 7:00PM  i/ ^/ ]; C( M  s; [

4 o' F9 X; [4 q欢迎有前台经验工作者,. v: W3 O! i1 @& s: q
无工作经验者, 刚大学毕业学生皆可培训。

Requirements:
1 U8 \! h5 [+ T# MExcellent command of French and English language.
& j) O0 j, w0 x+ `, ?/ U/ PProvide excellent customer service at all times.
, S1 T" X; X4 ]: i5 OAppropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.
% b3 w. U% A7 K

( t  J/ Z: e6 X" q% G; pPick up the call during weekdays, and help customer for modem pick up, return, and exchange during the weekend.
5 [* L# b5 j8 ^% D5 L5 T  p( H' BBasic technical trouble shoot to help customers resolve internet service issues in reception.

$ U* C$ K- I7 _6 P  k9 o# b
Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager

7 O! V0 L( n, [6 d( DWorking hours: Weekdays, 10am-7pm

Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
