just closed the chat windows with cik and came to this post after a few google review check. u guys are scaring me shit my pant. I was thinking to give them 1 year prepaid ..
i guess i need to rethink deeper ..

but i got screwed by bell last month with the 80 bucks excess limit fee. and i really need to find a new provider,,
u folks has any suggestion ?
my goal is something <45$ and unlimited .

hey, after my full day research, I have decided ditch cik.
i chatted with them was told the cable price is 39.99 unlimited. and when i called today. I was told another story. I called 3 times with both cantonese, mardarin and english. And phone number in Montreal and toronto. ALL Reps were completely useless. I cant imagine what will be the service like after i go with them.
Plus I did some research at bgp.he.net. The report of cik doesnt look pretty at all.

After all that. I decided go with teksavvy(15/10m) . It may be a few bucks more. But i rather drink a few coffee less and get a stable internet ..
