我有一个朋友为车保险的事情发愁，请各位网友帮忙解答下：
    1.车子在他儿子名下登记，但是儿子最近回国了，而他的汽车保险已经过期一个多月，他也不知道怎么买新的保险，而且他又想把车子过户到他自己的名下，应该怎么办？哪个保险公司比较好呢？
    2.假如车子出了问题，这个问题算是谁的？他自己还是他儿子的
    3.有没有专家能给点专业的保险网站，关于车险这方面的介绍.
