英法文准确流利,口语水平高,语言表达能力强,善于与人沟通。2 K" e" x0 {- h7 T& {
有耐心,工作积极热情, 能够灵活处理各项问题。
3 i& C" T: |' T, u  D& y前台工作主要是接待周末的客人上门换取MODEM 及modem 库存记录
; }9 N6 ?; |7 \' z" J& a# `- B周一至周五,10:00AM - 7:00PM6 B+ u/ Q3 x) p9 p0 R0 M3 B/ Y

无工作经验者, 刚大学毕业学生皆可培训。

Requirements:
( O3 h5 J1 F" \5 m! W/ VExcellent command of French and English language.
) ?# V7 i8 M, u9 W% O! z4 M& z: wProvide excellent customer service at all times.
: q5 v6 W+ }# s. {Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.

# ]$ I3 `' |7 B' l7 jPick up the call during weekdays, and help customer for modem pick up, return, and exchange during the weekend. 3 M8 H( K/ c- h, g3 _6 e, l
Basic technical trouble shoot to help customers resolve internet service issues in reception.3 E' e+ i5 J) p- T# |

  m6 m# T+ V8 vPerforms other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager# R1 C. f" a$ H3 o# L: q

Working hours: Weekdays, 10am-7pm

Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.: U; B; x3 L* b. }5 b
