Track and trace Sea and trucking shipments and with timely follow up with overseas partners and all related parties- W5 d9 o# \: V# `6 L [ Multi-task and coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading, deliveries and billing. 7 \) G% K5 L( C* NProper follow-up on shipments and communicate with all parties by phone / email, U4 W* C0 E/ U3 r& S
Provide assistance when needed to improve products and services , y X% h% M3 M' F) H3 C% I& c& l9 i2 E, i
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:& Z1 v$ p6 ^( B9 n' E
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emails essential (Outlook) 9 q$ m ?' A; T S9 OKnowledge of international freight forwarding, import industry and regulations is an asset( m! X; o3 A. s' V
