• Fill in breaks to answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member.
• Fax, scan and copy documents.
• Answer and reply to emails
• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
• Invoicing / Filing of documents

Requirements:
  

• Knowledge of accounting could be an asset
• Language: English/French/Mandarine
• Computer skills with knowledge of: Microsoft Office, Outlook
