Track and trace Sea and trucking shipments and with timely follow up with overseas partners and all related parties2 V& x* K( F! D. ]7 J0 {+ {5 l Multi-task and coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading, deliveries and billing.) K6 g' w- \9 D& L) z. o3 y% R
Proper follow-up on shipments and communicate with all parties by phone / email0 @7 B9 ]- W3 ?% j5 @
Provide assistance when needed to improve products and services 0 p/ ^+ C5 O9 c6 x * l+ \3 `( O( t, A. pPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:1 U) j1 l L! k, H9 E) R
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emails essential (Outlook) - X3 E+ ]' b0 ~9 ]" K/ C! SKnowledge of international freight forwarding, import industry and regulations is an asset0 G2 c. C: R4 Z2 ~3 X8 E! ^
