Job Description

We are a car dealership group company, who is currently looking for an accountant. The accountant will be responsible for the accounting of three companies of the group.

9 h7 B' x3 j* g& z
The accountant will be responsible for:
9 V) f6 O( d# `1 s+ R% H) ]
·                                 Bookkeeping for various accounts
" K& V' R% R2 J* Z' ]1 S$ v. {! ?
·                                 Reconcile ledger accounts on a monthly basis with the necessary documents

1 ?* K& d- M6 Z4 ]1 _
·                                 Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis

. q: f: w- V: w$ O( l" S
·                                 Prepare and record all required journal entries
5 L: |6 U2 h; i; l6 v6 x8 S
·                                 Prepare and file GST and QST reports

& y2 }5 M* u3 g; u, Q, \* W+ n
·                                 Prepare the annual financial statements
; b4 h& Y# {% Y! p
·                                 Prepare company tax returns (asset)

Requirements:
) t& @. |) B2 e* g. N5 v) k
Essential: Experience 2 years. Work experience in car dealership is an asset

Knowledge and skills:
' W& Z- i* `, h/ |6 T8 a
Essential: Simply Accounting, Excel, Word, Outlook, Tax prep (asset)

Important: Autonomy

Important: Ability to work under pressure

Important: Ability to work in team
