  • Answer the phone call
  • Welcome the visitors
  • Book hotel and train fly tickets
  • Office supplies purchasing
  • Send and receive the parcels and order the courier service
  • Coordinate the company events (Show, annual festival)
  • Office administration
  • Other works if need

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 or 3 years’ experience with similar position
  • Proficient computer abilities (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in English andFrench, fluent, verbal and written, in both official languages, Chinese is an asset
  • Strong Attention to details
  • The individual must also exhibit an ability to work in anenvironment with changing priorities
  • Be an effective communicator
  • Team player
