我今天查进度显示：

We received your application for a permanent resident card on September 19, 2013.
We started processing your application on November 4, 2013.
Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on November 13, 2013. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office.

请问，我什么时候才能收到卡呀？你收到卡和批准的日期之间有多少天？多谢

哈，太高兴了，今天终于收到卡了！悬的那颗心终于落下来了！我每周都去查，什么也没查到，出乎意料的竟然收到卡了。

5月13日收到我的资料，7月初开始受理，8月2日审理完毕，告诉等待通知，或是邮寄或是到最近的ICI领取，还算挺快的吧，开始还以为要等到月底呢！

有急事需回国，枫叶卡还有半年需更换新枫叶卡，在这边申请更换枫叶卡一般需要多久呢？我有急事回国，不知道能否在北京的加拿大使馆办理更换枫叶卡呢？

请问：枫叶卡从批准到邮寄到家中间需要多长时间？
