"admission" is used in school (of course also sth else). usually it means you are admitted to a certain program.

"offer" is used for job or permission of purchase etc. you can say you get an offer of a prof. position from the ee faculty. you can also say you get an offer of a permission of purchase for your house....

AD:只是录取而已.OFFER就是除了录取还提供了Money的咯.对于移民来说,有了AD就可以在魁省申请L&B了,所以叫做OFFER也可以理解的咯.
总之:做人要厚道,不要盲目的批评别人.
心情的理解不同而已罢了!

回楼主,EE我认识的就是在4月14号收到了AD和OFFER的.我估计系里的目的可能是为了类似美国的4.15协议吧.好让申请美国的学生决定是否接收OFFER而已吧.
