Apparel Production Coordinator

- Follow-up with vendors to ensuring development & production samples are executed correctly and timely' ^3 B0 r0 C9 K: F2 J
- Communicate daily with overseas offices and vendors to track development and production statuses
7 H" A9 n A# L( \( _' ^8 }) R* i5 s - Production approvals, and vendor shipping confirmation for prompt delivery& I, y$ W V" E# E8 P7 p0 j# }
- Communicate with vendors/factories to ensure tech packs, production sample delivery, development items, shipping documents, and cost sheets are completed accurately and on-time) y3 e5 H; J9 c0 ^7 W' J+ |
- Review development items with Supervisor before sending items to vendors
9 U6 l8 M! \3 V/ X* a# d - Coordinate with customer for comments on samples sent to ensure on time delivery
4 ~/ o! n+ m: |9 q7 n - Quality control: verify garment quality, stitching, measurements and verify all styling details6 { j# J/ b+ A4 T
Experience:
1 R4 F1 d/ K3 |# H5 E4 R0 k5 x - Garment Industry: 3 years (required)
