Apparel Production Coordinator

- Follow-up with vendors to ensuring development & production samples are executed correctly and timely0 L6 N2 B7 x {) {4 r
- Communicate daily with overseas offices and vendors to track development and production statuses# Q( W' F1 U# Y! q# f
- Production approvals, and vendor shipping confirmation for prompt delivery9 }( Q9 p/ \$ Z/ z5 d% [
- Communicate with vendors/factories to ensure tech packs, production sample delivery, development items, shipping documents, and cost sheets are completed accurately and on-time4 U1 o* T f; |' \) k# p8 `! P
- Review development items with Supervisor before sending items to vendors9 ^0 q! E# f) c, u( q0 ]
- Coordinate with customer for comments on samples sent to ensure on time delivery
; _- V) v- ]" E* y" J/ X - Quality control: verify garment quality, stitching, measurements and verify all styling details& f. Z& Z X/ W4 R+ m
Experience:
) o5 Z: A ~" K3 Q% a9 ^ - Garment Industry: 3 years (required)
