Convergia is looking for a qualified technicalsupport Representative as part of the Customer service support team to manageCustomer complaints, requests and supplier follow-ups through emails andticketing system. The knowledge of Voice/IP Telephony, wireline and wirelesstechnology is expected with minimum 3 years of experience. Also understandingof LAN and WAN hardware systems is an asset.

The candidate must be bilingual with strong oraland written communications skills in English and French.

Work Schedule/Travel: StandardConvergia business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST with a hybrid work model (3days office, 2 days remote). No travel is required; Location: WestIsland, Pointe-Claire. Please send your CV to
