Proper follow-up on shipments and communicate with all parties by phone / email ' c9 d# Q) i& u, p: r& w: o5 {- Z; WProvide assistance when needed to improve products and services+ o7 k+ p% L- {& O. Y7 b

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emails essential (Outlook) 2 Q# W$ e) `1 H- `# x5 E" V& SKnowledge of international freight forwarding, import industry and regulations is an asset! G! r4 v9 d( e6 W4 i& f
Bilingual (French and English, Chinese considered an asset) + ?) g1 I+ ~. i2 j% K+ WStrong communication skills / customer service skills and good team player# L; z) P( ^0 H8 v6 O4 u
