Track and trace Sea and trucking shipments and with timely follow up with overseas partners and all related parties# `. g9 p4 `0 y5 _% X, e Multi-task and coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading, deliveries and billing.- U' o; k; p% X/ u$ O U7 E) `* i
Proper follow-up on shipments and communicate with all parties by phone / email# k( ]8 N1 g: p& J
Provide assistance when needed to improve products and services3 X' f% g# }$ T, L

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 7 b. i S9 X j+ O" U$ K) D2 d% oExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emails essential (Outlook) 8 ] f: J- J6 @: p+ Y) t& t& vKnowledge of international freight forwarding, import industry and regulations is an asset' d5 X4 X( Y5 o* @& S8 N
