Track and trace Sea and trucking shipments and with timely follow up with overseas partners and all related parties ' I4 |/ ^7 q9 xMulti-task and coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading, deliveries and billing. ! z" y$ d1 n' o6 aProper follow-up on shipments and communicate with all parties by phone / email # j3 s. _1 M( |4 @- [Provide assistance when needed to improve products and services % ^% d' p+ t6 ]0 z1 E# ^ F0 y# g/ L. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:& O3 A% M6 O4 ]: \+ V
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emails essential (Outlook)3 |) O6 Q( o( i9 F7 _- W
Knowledge of international freight forwarding, import industry and regulations is an asset4 F4 k) F1 x4 B
