Senior Traffic Coordinators （懂中文更佳）

Requirement

- Seeking a hardworking ,motivated and well-organized person with excellent communication and computerskills for logistics and general office duties .

- 3 to 5 years experience intraffic and customs with USA , Europe and Internationally

- Experience in planning ,executing and managing national and international transportation operating forall modes of transport

- Excellent organizational skills, positive , assertive , customer oriented individual with the ability to takeinitiative and prioritize in a fast paced environment

- Able to review , meet andnegotiation costs with freight forwarders

- Understand the sense of urgency

Responsibilities :

- Knowledge and understanding forbooking and coordinating direct shipments overseas .

- Approve shipments andconsolidate to optimize cost

- Communicate with custom brokersand freight forwarder to ensure optimal planning

- Coordinate the inbond flow ofmerchandise and track goods in transit

- Communicate with warehouse inregards to incoming loads .

- Follow up on signatures forrelease of original bills of lading

- Ability to multi-task and workautonomously

Language

- Excellent verbal and writtenEnglish and French

Computers

- Strong computer literacyincluding effective working skills of Microsoft Word , Excel , Outlook , Google, etc

- Good communication
