Job description and responsibilities

· Build-up charts of accounts.

· Supervise all accounting transactionsincluding accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.

· Manage bank reconciliations andensure timely bank payments.

· Be responsible to GST/QST tax reportsand tax returns.

· Handle monthly, quarterly, and annualclosings.

· Publish balance sheets and financialstatements in time.

· Audit financial transactions anddocuments.

· Ensure the company’s compliance withfinancial policies and regulations.

Requirements

· Certificate in accounting (CA, CPAetc.).

· Minimum five-year working experiencein the accounting field.

· Fluent in French and English. Mandarinwill be recommended.

· Hands-on experience and knowledge ofaccounting software Sage50.

· Advanced knowledge of MicrosoftOffice.
