英法文准确流利,口语水平高,语言表达能力强,善于与人沟通。
1 X: _* Z0 Q6 D; i5 i! g6 R" P有耐心,工作积极热情, 能够灵活处理各项问题。
) @) z8 d) y; t" Y1 v) m% o前台工作主要是接待周末的客人上门换取MODEM 及modem 库存记录
! [+ s( ^6 ^8 a* U/ S周一至周五,10:00AM - 7:00PM' A; ~5 a; j- j) Y8 U

无工作经验者, 刚大学毕业学生皆可培训。

Requirements:
9 c, J" _" S) D: ?5 M, z' r  w3 ~Excellent command of French and English language.+ Y8 t. I# L/ Y! [6 y7 t
Provide excellent customer service at all times.2 b6 Q" ~" r# Q" ^3 J6 q5 _
Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.# s$ [2 Y6 N% `% l, d6 j

Pick up the call during weekdays, and help customer for modem pick up, return, and exchange during the weekend.   P( t8 A+ A) W' U
Basic technical trouble shoot to help customers resolve internet service issues in reception.! z1 }, \4 T7 z+ l/ z# n. K" G/ t5 G

6 w" [, V) j1 HPerforms other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager' q% E; [& i( |9 [: g" m4 r! s
