( g6 z3 Y7 q# \: v有耐心,工作积极热情, 能够灵活处理各项问题。
! O/ Z/ F, X. H, p前台工作主要是接待周末的客人上门换取MODEM 及modem 库存记录( a: G& |5 C) k0 ]8 A
周一至周五,10:00AM - 7:00PM

Requirements:
6 r! w6 \" c3 c+ y2 ?  K; v  wExcellent command of French and English language., A0 e! {* Z0 U# g/ i2 z! N5 p( d
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
6 A  J3 W& _; I& cAppropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.

* V$ N3 E$ E2 _4 ]. H1 h6 KPick up the call during weekdays, and help customer for modem pick up, return, and exchange during the weekend.
# Q7 o" p; F! w! t1 y, [2 NBasic technical trouble shoot to help customers resolve internet service issues in reception.

1 N7 U) o$ o+ x9 l, w& t3 V; FPerforms other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager

) q: E& W6 Z4 B3 K% k! m4 ~4 s) y

Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
