英法文准确流利,口语水平高,语言表达能力强,善于与人沟通。
+ P. n/ s* n) ]6 d- B有耐心,工作积极热情, 能够灵活处理各项问题。2 @6 u- Q  Z7 v
前台工作主要是接待周末的客人上门换取MODEM 及modem 库存记录2 ?, z8 _! S; b
周一至周五,10:00AM - 7:00PM+ ~  R, ]4 e" b7 Z$ K! f) ^

5 N6 g* O1 O; k) i欢迎有前台经验工作者,
% a5 \1 u/ Q1 ?8 F# h2 H无工作经验者, 刚大学毕业学生皆可培训。( a- X9 g% Z7 D

Provide excellent customer service at all times.
; M9 l) ^9 i! m" h3 ?Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.

7 ]& @; O$ `* u; W) y" @7 U. gPick up the call during weekdays, and help customer for modem pick up, return, and exchange during the weekend.   y9 E0 X, C1 L
Basic technical trouble shoot to help customers resolve internet service issues in reception.9 ~, Q: W8 S, c

9 ]% S* W! x4 ~- I/ a  g' H3 PPerforms other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager' d9 _) u& @4 L4 x- r

/ W5 z, `1 M5 h5 d; c* ~Working hours: Weekdays, 10am-7pm

Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs./ Q% B( @' a! J0 B8 @) N
