有耐心,工作积极热情, 能够灵活处理各项问题。) p7 l0 `+ T9 E6 J/ o! e& ]
前台工作主要是接待周末的客人上门换取MODEM 及modem 库存记录4 p- B9 v' ?6 w. E8 u  o
周一至周五,10:00AM - 7:00PM

Requirements:3 R- l1 G) B$ g9 G. j
Excellent command of French and English language.

Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.

Pick up the call during weekdays, and help customer for modem pick up, return, and exchange during the weekend. / x+ w8 v' _0 {* D3 I/ F
Basic technical trouble shoot to help customers resolve internet service issues in reception.; h: C8 ?/ R2 C# h! n% F7 P9 |

Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager7 d( N* C: v$ o5 F

Working hours: Weekdays, 10am-7pm
