前台工作要求:

有耐心,工作积极热情, 能够灵活处理各项问题。! b% d$ c. X2 u) D/ P% d  M
前台工作主要是接待周末的客人上门换取MODEM 及modem 库存记录$ [. ?$ d8 z) @2 N& o; x# i$ G
周一至周五,10:00AM - 7:00PM

Requirements:+ y6 n4 v/ v( r) ^, N
Excellent command of French and English language.
/ _3 L( n) ^: e: t6 U# qProvide excellent customer service at all times.
3 Y, \+ R6 \1 JAppropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.

Pick up the call during weekdays, and help customer for modem pick up, return, and exchange during the weekend. 5 I; s6 d( |  p: L. z# [
Basic technical trouble shoot to help customers resolve internet service issues in reception.1 x( y. ]# p% g+ S! a( P# H

Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
