前台工作要求:

英法文准确流利,口语水平高,语言表达能力强,善于与人沟通。2 H3 P2 m2 _6 q% s
有耐心,工作积极热情, 能够灵活处理各项问题。' z, K6 i3 p+ V% n5 C  g* T
前台工作主要是接待周末的客人上门换取MODEM 及modem 库存记录& x. l& K2 ]/ W  X# y& E
周一至周五,10:00AM - 7:00PM

Excellent command of French and English language.

Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.

: \5 ]* t% m" s1 Y- t2 |% TPick up the call during weekdays, and help customer for modem pick up, return, and exchange during the weekend. - n. M8 |. N" y- I0 l' }- f
Basic technical trouble shoot to help customers resolve internet service issues in reception.; |* a3 k* @# j) n# r

$ N0 ~+ Y- W. H4 d- \2 ?2 APerforms other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager

Working hours: Weekdays, 10am-7pm9 {; b6 B6 |; I. w; z1 ?
