-Lead maintenance operations, oversee a team of mobile mechanics, and train new employees/apprentices7 e; K1 @+ g$ T+ e, P0 ]' z
-Maintain a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an fast paced, dynamic environment9 R; B' b5 \( F% I
-Become a Dyad vehicle expert, knowing them inside and out ) _' f* D% c6 _( `! q1 [9 \-Be an ambassador for the Dyad brand" Y7 O. u, q1 w) t- Q2 R- @
-Carry out warehouse inventory management+ T: T. t6 h8 Y5 s9 }
-Ensure the maximum number of vehicles are working and on the road # f) ?& w$ ]8 N- N/ Y9 r* j
-Carry out planned and on the spot inspections, maintenance, and repair work across Montreal1 h0 u& r: [8 b: W
-Work independently in the field and travel 30-70% of the time within a set geographical area0 p9 Y$ P5 K% U G
-Follow all Dyad guidelines and maintain our quality standards% L/ }/ i# T+ G( E9 k
-Meet and work with clients on location and in our shop to carry out repairs7 G! c! m9 H4 o8 |' Y& B4 P5 S
-Provide support to the sales and operations team when necessary8 U" E& @/ o2 u, P# `+ @8 C/ i
-Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering and manufacturing team to provide feedback and enable them to continuously improve our products* W8 e5 b8 ]! J4 e, r2 H4 h

Requirements 8 {$ _" x- ~/ c8 x# ]6 \: {6 Q 0 W! s# X x, c; z/ B a; [) w-Hold a valid (car) driver’s license- M8 x4 W5 j& P. U2 `& q! z
-English or French) s. y6 E5 r; [) u0 T
-Able to work a flexible schedule (including week-ends) , ^3 Z' J7 [! ?1 K7 ]( S-Mechanic certificate OR 1-3 year work experience as a mechanic (any industry welcome)0 X6 d& Y: h& [" E6 q
-Excellent communication (and listening) skills' l3 B8 v8 ^1 e# O! ^
