# ~/ v/ j+ u! |' c6 l# h& w0 r有耐心,工作积极热情, 能够灵活处理各项问题。4 O2 O# v6 ]4 f( Y% c5 t
前台工作主要是接待周末的客人上门换取MODEM 及modem 库存记录
( _7 `2 A& i1 _+ t+ @- f/ x周一至周五,10:00AM - 7:00PM# Z# V8 `. F! u  g! F

Requirements:8 |; o- i2 L7 k6 C  V/ k4 o
Excellent command of French and English language.
& @7 F. g  k( s# g- R( o3 d% mProvide excellent customer service at all times.2 l+ I. L3 M  S' d2 \/ e0 B2 N
Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.. U4 M  t- S2 a4 \& @+ G

% M3 j8 v3 G3 N6 d7 ?$ |1 qPick up the call during weekdays, and help customer for modem pick up, return, and exchange during the weekend.
# v! E0 ]! p# x/ OBasic technical trouble shoot to help customers resolve internet service issues in reception.

Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager0 k& u' J: ~2 t* R* g
