Track and trace Sea and trucking shipments and with timely follow up with overseas partners and all related parties 9 P5 z% R" |2 f7 A" ^7 f5 [$ ~9 HMulti-task and coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading, deliveries and billing.$ {; k4 ]% ?0 J' Q" a
Proper follow-up on shipments and communicate with all parties by phone / email ' B* b' w$ L9 y' P- P* t5 kProvide assistance when needed to improve products and services ( _& R. N" L# G+ }) @ |# J1 x! R9 K/ ?$ ~% g3 q
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 9 L# N) I" ], q( O3 w3 EExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emails essential (Outlook)* U1 w" N: z0 b' \6 `# ?0 u2 C* x
Knowledge of international freight forwarding, import industry and regulations is an asset 5 ]4 I3 E, X9 N3 y" k. d$ TBilingual (French and English, Chinese considered an asset) 7 ?0 {! |0 }9 P3 JStrong communication skills / customer service skills and good team player; \' \( G4 q9 g4 ~. Q, l
