Proper follow-up on shipments and communicate with all parties by phone / email. W$ F9 F! P; c8 c2 V; E
Provide assistance when needed to improve products and services* x1 d$ r- _, _* N1 g" ]8 b

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emails essential (Outlook)3 K5 r5 [( L" H; z6 y: `* Y
