-Handling both import and export air freight$ C, s, k% T# Z6 |8 P
-Track and trace Air and trucking shipments and with timely follow up with overseas partners and all related parties 6 \* h6 j5 ~, _8 G2 P2 n-Multi-task and coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including Quotation, booking, manifest, -Bills of Lading, deliveries and billing./ ^& r) }+ w8 P8 c$ J1 ~# \5 L
-Proper follow-up on shipments and communicate with all parties by phone / email9 o0 F" H- l# p" m V: f. F) s
-Provide assistance when needed to improve products and services: j& l' a) O! P. k
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: ) K( W) l1 w* i5 ^4 u% U7 t-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emails essential) Z' m, p0 W2 K F, I; V7 P
-Knowledge of international freight forwarding, import industry and regulations is an asset 6 F( e; P2 _; u: V8 F& T+ x-Bilingual (French and English) , c; L9 u1 C; ^- L; l-Strong communication skills / customer service skills and good team player !
