-Track and trace Air and trucking shipments and with timely follow up with overseas partners and all related parties- w" b/ Z& w$ I# N7 O3 B5 W j; _3 E
-Multi-task and coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including Quotation, booking, manifest, -Bills of Lading, deliveries and billing. 5 C5 ~- X7 v' X: u, A9 k C. t! o-Proper follow-up on shipments and communicate with all parties by phone / email( k" L1 L& J( g. a
-Provide assistance when needed to improve products and services % l. j$ @& _! m) B5 KPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:! \6 S$ z; h' I' _- @: g1 r
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emails essential) X; @& D- j1 Q. n1 g
-Knowledge of international freight forwarding, import industry and regulations is an asset4 U. A- l" V& b, G
