The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. 4 [4 x; {$ z2 H9 x+ w: ?. \- |- H( v; C
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file ' `/ g/ F, G0 O# ~
Ensure all client special instructions are followed4 w- @ O9 R, u
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work 4 X+ H J( F) C& b
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status 4 {) x% K+ H& i, s0 C* g) w- ~$ F
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status . Z" k" `3 O% t2 l3 {8 G1 V
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. # l- ?0 x* ]7 Z" }
