The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. + ~; {2 M% c5 e4 _" g* g R# K0 `
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file + x( g$ ^3 d+ m* ]
Ensure all client special instructions are followed; E* I7 i; J2 h Z( O+ i
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work 5 q3 J, k' T" |. r/ r0 ]' y
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status ! L' C' A! L. [* D( @; B9 n4 y2 S* v
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status 5 ?0 B5 A1 M+ x2 c3 q
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. / H5 O2 _- v$ n \( J6 T7 r
Follow up on client’s reports : k1 X4 R5 t4 G" h, Z8 H
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents f: g) C# h+ V2 \! y
