The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. 4 n5 m, g! d4 e, W3 U2 E
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file 4 \) C4 H/ _: y6 D
Ensure all client special instructions are followed * {, Z$ ~ v# N) i. C2 \
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work' @6 }0 _$ ~2 t: \3 m. Z5 \, v4 X8 O
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status) z4 R8 h% z* t* ]$ ~
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status 4 S3 e% T9 _+ o: {7 A
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. 2 j9 U4 C0 e* `' ]/ `5 k9 i7 M
Follow up on client’s reports9 E3 C; V0 x2 u' I$ K4 F* c9 }
