The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. 6 g# Y4 P( }" W2 V r( j* h
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file! [0 x) \* v5 z2 ?/ i9 F1 w1 V R
Ensure all client special instructions are followed7 B0 K5 ~2 @2 Q8 r0 l3 ~: o
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work& o+ \6 z0 N& l; ~4 W& p8 }1 y& n3 \
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status/ m- ?: t* _5 J* {% _
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status : |, {: Y9 ?: |3 E$ b' R, q
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner.4 {6 k/ R# T! a! m" p- w+ L. ^
Follow up on client’s reports + \" Z+ r O2 d/ N
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents; I" n6 H& K8 ?4 c6 c, l
Maintain customer profiles9 U- D8 P9 q3 S8 o$ l
