The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. $ I6 x) \5 ?% e$ E u' _
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file # c) l" ~3 U' t% r# o( R4 k( ~- U; y4 _8 L
Ensure all client special instructions are followed8 M! B" r, Q( m; ~. u! g
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work8 F, E! i% g! z# r4 H) N
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status ! o6 m" `7 q+ z
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status. V0 T8 w( t# K/ M+ h! C
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. + [! p, l/ _7 w* Q
Follow up on client’s reports0 W( A2 `6 P( s, l1 ^4 T# l$ }
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents 1 m" w. X' K$ ], C Z4 W
Maintain customer profiles ! r5 v* X( `6 j
Desired Skills and Experience * G- y! A8 D8 L/ |8 Y* e+ b

Minimum 3 years related experience;# M, l k6 d2 t1 Y4 x1 }
Experience handling Ocean and Air shipments and asset. j8 Y1 G# c1 \1 E
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)5 p* ?- k, T2 Q( \$ D' _
Strong customer service skills/ n. S$ u' l4 @( E: `
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines ]6 H9 o; {1 l' N7 r% n1 G
