Telecom company is looking for friendly, responsible,enthusiastic, dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our localTechnical Support team.

Responsibilities:

Support and troubleshoot VoIP, Cable/DSL internet and IPTV systems
0 k6 U5 a' O5 a" M- p4 ~ Q
Develop a strong understanding of company products and procedures
6 R! s! c) R- J5 E* G8 C- y
Strong customer service and analytical skills
; C! Z: W' @: Y2 ^, H
Communicate with customers to solve technical issues
( u! t4 c) W8 B" y. M) n8 a$ I
Assist other departments to follow up any customer issues

Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadline# j6 x* J, j, j p. _* h) m
Configure DSL/ Cable Modem, and be familiar with Modems performance
8 @3 |" ]: N- b) |! @
Identify all kinds of VoIP, DSL, Cable & IPTV issues, provide solution to customer
3 n9 U' z5 h/ }- F/ [4 m e- O9 Q

Qualifications:

Professional attitude with exceptional customer service skills8 Z; H h* Y+ Q6 s) |+ D: M2 C5 o
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities3 X. n: ?' C# f' W9 |
Possess a solid work ethic, organized and a multi-tasker$ R/ ?, v# T- l- {- P$ N3 |$ C
Knowledge and comfort with computer and associated operating systems/ e8 b# m* ?2 N Y( w
Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols2 s1 Y4 [) j' R! L) D9 t6 d8 i
Electronic background and ability to distinguish color code wires# v& T0 {$ U2 K: h3 y
Knowledge of circuit switches and twisted pair cables

Fluent in English and French (written & verbal)% I! T, ?: S r6 N: I, J0 p4 h
