Job Summary
The role will involve:
· Liaising with travelagents and direct clients daily to actively process and sell our products andservices
· Answer direct clientand travel agent enquiries via email, telephone
· Create itineraries toa range of destinations, especially Asia
· Complete reservationprocedures from quotation, booking, issuing invoice and final documents.
· Actively follow up onall outstanding options by email and telephone
· Other tasks related tothis position assigned by supervisor
To be considered for this position you willneed to possess:
· Perfect spoken andwritten in French, understanding Chinese is an asset
· A passion for travel
· Experience in sellingtravel is an asset
· Excellent customerservice skills
· The ability to besuccessful in a sales environment
· Focus with a strongattention to detail
· Proficient inMicrosoft office
· Be a team player withexceptional organisational skills
· Be well presented andpunctual
