Company Introduction:

Our companyis a global expert specializing in import/export of Aluminum products. In accordance withour expansion, we are now recruiting LogisticsAssistant for our office in Montreal.

• Entry data in theExcel sheet or ERP system

• File and update the information according to the company rules

• Coordinate betweenwarehouse, trucking, shipping agents, and sales

• Work with shippingand billing systems for incoming and outgoing shipments

• Follow-up withwarehouse to ensure all shipment requirements and customer specifications aremet

• Follow-up withwarehouse to ensure all tracking information is submitted and communicated toappropriate parties

• Provide generaloffice assistance by sorting mail, filing correspondence, etc

• Establishrelationships with 3rd party companies and logistics managers to ensureaccurate flow of information

• Other related tasks

• Minimum of 3 years professional logistics experience
• Ability to work independently and in ateam
• Must be self-motivated
• Must have excellent customer service skillsand work well with others including, but not limited to, directsupervisor
• Ability to effectively problem-solveanticipated and immediate challenges and to work on a variety of projectssimultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to be detailedoriented
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal andwritten)
• Proficient in Microsoft platform, especiallyExcel, and database management, acknowledge of Acombaor ERP as an asset

• Acknowledge of incoterms, HS Code

• Mandarin-speaking, fluent French/English
