A full-service small accounting firm based in Montreal seeks to add an accounting technician–admin assistant to handle a combination of bookkeeping and administrative functions for the office.

Prior bookkeeping experience coupled with an administrative support background is an essential combination of skills for this position.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is required
    & v( u3 c3 d% W* `# C  
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience with QuickBooks and Excel
    5 M3 {+ u& d' c7 H  
  • Detail and deadline oriented

  • Exceptionally organized and accurate, h9 j% |- L, }0 p
      
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills! b/ q9 x/ W- M! V
