The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing.4 I9 R, ?3 I+ D) f0 N) {2 r0 Q
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file - |/ I3 y ], V0 [+ j3 e
Ensure all client special instructions are followed! q; X! N* M H+ W6 H0 @
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work& N }' A' h( p5 ]0 P& M3 ~
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status O3 A: ]3 u% g- z. g$ Y9 ^
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status . s( [8 h' W' d3 b1 ]8 Y
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. 7 v) B$ A6 Z0 h& T2 d X' L8 S
Follow up on client’s reports6 e- D5 z/ r# w! T9 C8 }# g
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents $ X& g* W2 A+ z6 {- H
