The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing." {- J2 Z, b. C7 K
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file * n! S! Y& ^! L4 q
Ensure all client special instructions are followed: k0 F0 V5 f( `+ e" g
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work 1 ?; ~4 L$ j: P7 a2 e) n& U& e7 ^ W
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status- \7 x2 {. W5 L
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status u9 f3 @- k( K
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. 2 r$ G8 T2 |0 P7 B
Follow up on client’s reports9 L; z3 I9 l# m2 }# j; k
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents J; K. M& h) c3 M1 b9 g
