The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. * {/ U6 O6 H2 k$ W6 |8 G$ x2 E
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file 3 E! h7 _" U( o9 u- ~+ }$ Z
Ensure all client special instructions are followed & _' |; A# w. D3 \
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work- x8 V( A0 s! e6 n- e M" O' \
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status2 Z4 y) @' G" V- j$ F% _5 |
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status x4 F. s3 [4 t
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. 4 j+ s& c& D9 B* k5 E) _6 x
Follow up on client’s reports' H+ r# d, y7 j$ s9 L: m" ^, p
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents 9 K% _) a# w' v
Maintain customer profiles # J3 \3 V& h0 j" q1 }
Desired Skills and Experience! S, G: q- [! V }
3 x- P; ~4 P) a
Minimum 3 years related experience;: `' d6 D, V& ]2 _
Experience handling Ocean and Air shipments and asset4 k8 v9 D6 s2 D% Y
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)3 X. t7 c! \: @# @. M
Strong customer service skills' ~+ | z3 W6 D; q
