Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. ) F5 `$ n( o) Q: i7 f5 ]
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file . w: J+ @9 m5 W) Y: H4 H
Ensure all client special instructions are followed / Z9 T. n1 |$ _( |6 o. ?( I
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work( O: O' J/ z5 V: p# l
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status - h0 C, L, q" L5 Q' s M
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status& M7 _8 Z4 f8 {8 [: d
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner.' V2 T8 P1 e [3 k% I: y
Follow up on client’s reports2 M/ T' Z1 b3 v$ o: \. _; W% k7 x
