Our company is specializing in import & exportof Aluminum products. In accordance with our expansion, we are now recruiting office management for our office in Montreal.

The Role:

• Answer the phone call
• Welcome the visitors
• Dispatch letters
• Office supplies purchasing
• Sendand receive the parcels and order the courier service
• Book hotel and train fly tickets
• Coordinate with the other department
• Edit recruitment advertisement, select CV and schedule interview
• Attendance record
• Building and company car maintenance
• Other works if need
  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

4 H+ D. Y, t) @  W$ b3 ?) C

• Minimum 2 or 3 years’ experience with similar position
• Proficient computer abilities (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual in English and French,fluent, verbal and written, in both official languages, Chinese is an asset
• Strong Attention to details
• The individual must also exhibit an ability to work in an environment with changingpriorities
• Bean effective communicator
• Teamplayer
• Quick learner
