Altima Telecom is one ofthe leading telecommunications companies proving the best Internet, IP phoneand IPTV services in Canada. We are currently seeking a self-motivated teamplayer to fulfill one of our Customer Service Rep position.

Job Description

· Communicate with ourclientele via inbound calls and emails, Provide excellent assistance to ourcustomers’ inquiries which includes: Billing, service offerings, accountupdates, upgrades, cancellations requests, address and servicechanges/upgrades, moving orders, basic technical troubleshooting.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Education: Secondary,GED or higher

· Customer service/ Sales experience with the telecommunication industry.

· Technical supportexperience is an asset

· Excellent communicationand listening skills.

· Analytical and problemsolving skills.

· Ability to multi-task,and work under pressure.

· Ability to work in acomputerized and constantly changing environment.

· Knowledge of modemconfiguration (DSL modems, CABLEmodems, PBX, LAN, WAN, Android TV box, dualband routers) is an asset.

· Fluency in French or Spanish, anda second language both in writing and speaking are required, other languagesare an asset, preferably English,Mandarin& Cantonese, Hindi &punjabi, and Arabic.
