Job description

• Data entry inaccounting software (Sage, Acomba or ERP)
• Inter companies’ reconciliation
• Month end reconciliation
• Coding of invoices to general ledger accounts
• Prepare checks
• archive folders and year end
• Assist the management
• Other accounting responsibilities

Requirements:

4 E# n' K% @! P$ Z) [/ o0 ]

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in accounting studies.
• At least 4 years related experience
• Excellent skills in office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Quick learner and adaptable
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume environment.
• Bilingual
