Fill in breaks to answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member.
Fax, scan and copy documents.
Answer and reply to emails
Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
Invoicing / Filing of documents5 P! b0 p1 Z P% E

Requirements: & a4 o6 `; u4 h ' C$ D0 J* \- c: M4 T& x- B" u
Knowledge of accounting could be an asset
Language: English/French/Mandarine
Computer skills with knowledge of: Microsoft Office, Outlook 6 Q- [) a) t% T0 \$ \; z
