Ensure customer orders get processed and shipped on time.% E5 f1 W" h6 _, s9 l* U7 X
Follow up coordination of sales support and activities to key accounts. M: ^& p- `4 V
Assist Sales Manager with customer requests and other daily tasks to ensure the supply and on time delivery of all customer orders3 B' Z+ [/ e1 s9 H6 @/ ` X
Constant communication with Sales Reps, as well as purchasing department, supplier and shipping department.6 Q4 x Q$ v+ F- h1 y- `7 @$ l
Review customer orders daily, review inventory levels. R1 Y0 w/ O' ~. K! u
Update data in Acomba or other software% u7 q! ]+ r K, d% l+ l# g* r4 S

Qualifications:

Major in Supply Chain Management is an asset" B: r% x2 A! I" m
Speak Fluently French and English, Mandarin is an asset" s# [2 a3 U* J% {( F' L2 \& j
Strong computer skills especially in MS Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook)& b8 G; w) j1 e+ r/ L; Z! b
