Follow up to ensure the sample and the drawing are accepted by customer0 m5 c5 m! U* y! U8 T
Ensure customer orders get processed and shipped on time. . X) D; i( B+ g" p( O5 r
Follow up coordination of sales support and activities to key accounts. 9 r# G+ t- g. h4 @! w/ v
Assist Sales Manager with customer requests and other daily tasks to ensure the supply and on time delivery of all customer orders' L' S1 c6 p# y7 r8 O6 s& M
Constant communication with Sales Reps, as well as purchasing department, supplier and shipping department. 8 T0 v7 G; ~, T. m1 \" p8 R
Review customer orders daily, review inventory levels./ A( w0 d: d: E. ~& j4 m! m
Update data in Acomba or other software 6 c: B7 w% v* \+ X- w

Qualifications:

2 years’ experience with similar post1 y7 ^* Y! V$ e
Major in Supply Chain Management is an asset* p' [: m! ]' y# n0 x# U
Speak Fluently French and English, Mandarin is an asset $ w5 C! @9 Q" l' h4 X9 X1 Z
Strong computer skills especially in MS Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook) : T* n: d8 Y$ y$ `" z
