Develop new business via telephone, email- s! Y8 L2 S; S3 Q
Follow up to ensure the sample and the drawing are accepted by customer. p- @) r" r; P: ]+ ?/ n
Ensure customer orders get processed and shipped on time.

Follow up coordination of sales support and activities to key accounts.
% K5 j% ]- J, {+ ?; K* U: G, `, |4 D7 P
Assist Sales Manager with customer requests and other daily tasks to ensure the supply and on time delivery of all customer orders7 S5 h- W9 E8 Y* H2 k; [: v
Constant communication with Sales Reps, as well as purchasing department, supplier and shipping department.. u3 r l, }- z; j$ k
Review customer orders daily, review inventory levels.
! s+ c0 O) w" k$ C4 z5 x& u
Update data in Acomba or other software2 z4 ^+ M) R8 F- A4 @. O9 j, b

Qualifications:

2 years’ experience with similar post, F+ Y1 r. e: [2 [- O0 l% m. X
Major in Supply Chain Management is an asset
3 |% t, T) m0 l G
Speak Fluently French and English, Mandarin is an asset
9 N6 B- v$ e; C* y- v" |, H+ `
Strong computer skills especially in MS Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook)9 g0 K4 v: E# ` _3 E: G
