Provideassistance to end-users on general technical issues, in person, over thetelephone. Troubleshootinfrastructure technical issues.
Assist users with hardware or software questions; test all new software and troubleshoot as required.
Set up and maintain all office equipment; printers, photocopiers, fax machines etc.
Install, configure and maintain server, network and other infrastructure components.
Review system alerts and log files, and take appropriate action when needed.
Document technical processes/procedures and maintain equipment inventories.
