Reporting to the Tour Services Director, the Computer Technician is responsible for all IT and telecommunications operations on tour. The candidate must be available to work under a flexible schedule. 7 K, i: D7 E8 s5 I7 P; x9 d$ V& b5 a9 k* T; B RESPONSIBILITIES- N' w8 Z7 x4 ? Q
• Working with the IT Director at the headquarters to make sure that all technical infrastructure is managed and updated consistently; P% H i' t( O• Installing, configuring, updating and maintaining IT equipment, including: computers, external devices, networks, telecommunications, software, information systems and telephone systems in accordance with the infrastructure at the headquarters; " ~7 O+ j; r! |5 g* q$ ^• Installing the network and all credit card terminals for the box office and concessions and maintaining them so they work properly; 0 e8 ^: B& A4 N. V [; j' E
• Providing technical support to all in house users with computers, external devices, networks, telephone systems, telecommunications, software information systems and telephones; # o* I- W! v% z+ d
• Managing inventories, performing maintenance and ensuring that all systems and equipment work properly; & Y2 [3 X4 l/ t/ G! `3 P% {* L
• Installing and maintaining telephone systems in each market, and providing support to users; 2 Q" A/ d6 _! _# C9 q) U3 j
• Managing and maintaining all printers, photocopiers and faxes; ) n6 O' d' j% K7 k/ T) e0 z• Performing regular backups of corporate data and systems; " ?3 _ E1 F5 D- W# c% \1 ]• Setting up and dismantling offices with all the wiring, responsible for the transportation of IT equipment; ! r/ R; P3 R. • IT certificate or other related diploma; - B% J. N2 p# A) m+ f# ^7 X" m
• Good IP telecommunications and cellular phone knowledge; ; h. _" z' H& Z• 3 year experience in Microsoft network management;) w; C5 f7 W5 S
• Knowledge in VMWare (VSphere), Apple MAC, is an asset; / c9 b+ w% N$ i4 Z- ^8 y8 n8 x• Expert knowledge of MS Office XP – 2003-2010, 2013; 9 R/ E( ^5 U) T' w R1 D; |" l% Z! O
• Ability to train and assist new users; 9 d4 S( b5 ^$ ?) y1 P# |& X8 D
