# K1 q4 }$ V$ tRESPONSIBILITIES * r( j) i7 J5 c& O" m( ~* ^8 \• Working with the IT Director at the headquarters to make sure that all technical infrastructure is managed and updated consistently; 5 i' D0 L6 e5 B0 T* O3 r6 g• Installing, configuring, updating and maintaining IT equipment, including: computers, external devices, networks, telecommunications, software, information systems and telephone systems in accordance with the infrastructure at the headquarters; ; O1 T, `( Y0 ?0 c
• Installing the network and all credit card terminals for the box office and concessions and maintaining them so they work properly; ) X# s4 D: E( N9 n c k
• Providing technical support to all in house users with computers, external devices, networks, telephone systems, telecommunications, software information systems and telephones; ( b, I* F4 g. x! |# @- z1 r0 o
• Managing inventories, performing maintenance and ensuring that all systems and equipment work properly; ( z' y9 c1 H2 U3 g3 P• Installing and maintaining telephone systems in each market, and providing support to users; ' R2 ~, O5 W; P6 i1 D8 O! l

• IT certificate or other related diploma; ! ]. `9 a* b- ~ P8 e' g• Good IP telecommunications and cellular phone knowledge; / f5 V1 f# y5 i# v* a• 3 year experience in Microsoft network management;2 S4 t# z8 `3 h& n6 I
• Knowledge in VMWare (VSphere), Apple MAC, is an asset; % L* e" g( w2 ?: F0 ~; `• Expert knowledge of MS Office XP – 2003-2010, 2013; U' Y9 [: \5 m. W9 q7 j, |• Ability to train and assist new users; 3 ~$ E* u/ Q; ] p# V0 \& C* ^6 |9 m
