0 _( V0 K( O& @; G% i9 [RESPONSIBILITIES 0 H$ B9 }1 e E0 F• Working with the IT Director at the headquarters to make sure that all technical infrastructure is managed and updated consistently; ! _% m. e+ \$ R$ O
• Installing, configuring, updating and maintaining IT equipment, including: computers, external devices, networks, telecommunications, software, information systems and telephone systems in accordance with the infrastructure at the headquarters; , w' O8 V! m! U5 F) o• Installing the network and all credit card terminals for the box office and concessions and maintaining them so they work properly; 9 H, @9 w$ B) p0 Y& n
• Providing technical support to all in house users with computers, external devices, networks, telephone systems, telecommunications, software information systems and telephones; - R! J0 R5 ]- H, X
• Managing inventories, performing maintenance and ensuring that all systems and equipment work properly; 1 Y( A3 \: G5 V5 f$ }; M* v# t• Installing and maintaining telephone systems in each market, and providing support to users; ( x9 L# R+ R% f* X7 T+ o

• IT certificate or other related diploma; 3 H4 I/ u. D$ F( {
• Good IP telecommunications and cellular phone knowledge; " C) K9 j- L: u. @) @: w4 }• 3 year experience in Microsoft network management;% b& d! _5 h4 U7 c+ m
• Knowledge in VMWare (VSphere), Apple MAC, is an asset; / x& v. x- R. V4 _5 }• Expert knowledge of MS Office XP – 2003-2010, 2013; 1 r( w: I8 Y: ?/ F7 P! p7 m
