Reporting to the Tour Services Director, the Computer Technician is responsible for all IT and telecommunications operations on tour. The candidate must be available to work under a flexible schedule. d, P. X& N2 o4 q% N
. {" ^+ L! T9 ?; c! F% _RESPONSIBILITIES & C7 {( \% l4 P+ n, i• Working with the IT Director at the headquarters to make sure that all technical infrastructure is managed and updated consistently; ' r6 E3 E4 X" K$ X% `
• Installing, configuring, updating and maintaining IT equipment, including: computers, external devices, networks, telecommunications, software, information systems and telephone systems in accordance with the infrastructure at the headquarters; 3 ~' J6 c( Z5 y0 i7 x
• Installing the network and all credit card terminals for the box office and concessions and maintaining them so they work properly; , A: f6 |( @0 {1 u, w• Providing technical support to all in house users with computers, external devices, networks, telephone systems, telecommunications, software information systems and telephones; 3 J- W/ H6 W5 i$ E8 ]
• Managing inventories, performing maintenance and ensuring that all systems and equipment work properly; + L0 x2 S6 s! q7 M• Installing and maintaining telephone systems in each market, and providing support to users; j% h |7 K2 b& c- v/ L8 _
• Managing and maintaining all printers, photocopiers and faxes; ; @6 v5 Q, u8 e" q• Performing regular backups of corporate data and systems; % R# c# _" r2 m' E2 o

• Good IP telecommunications and cellular phone knowledge; 8 ?' Q/ q) s) z
• 3 year experience in Microsoft network management;0 u" T ]; _9 V" Q# a8 C
• Knowledge in VMWare (VSphere), Apple MAC, is an asset; # k( u: V o+ J5 g$ {; E" L• Expert knowledge of MS Office XP – 2003-2010, 2013; 5 e! r: _4 B4 y0 n: ?" h0 D
• Ability to train and assist new users; 0 j! I* [8 F" w$ I9 o1 m1 k• Strong customer service orientation; % `% o! T9 b J6 w1 J; g7 i
