S1 l9 F• Working with the IT Director at the headquarters to make sure that all technical infrastructure is managed and updated consistently; ) r0 ~7 P; A, B9 b+ b• Installing, configuring, updating and maintaining IT equipment, including: computers, external devices, networks, telecommunications, software, information systems and telephone systems in accordance with the infrastructure at the headquarters; 1 g) R M: B* ?" [• Installing the network and all credit card terminals for the box office and concessions and maintaining them so they work properly; & [8 j( f& e( N U( q. ^
• Providing technical support to all in house users with computers, external devices, networks, telephone systems, telecommunications, software information systems and telephones; 1 _* g$ q5 I) e% X! q6 U0 R• Managing inventories, performing maintenance and ensuring that all systems and equipment work properly; , B; {& V1 ^6 Q" V- g# b
• Installing and maintaining telephone systems in each market, and providing support to users; 0 H7 ~8 f6 ~" u. o
• Managing and maintaining all printers, photocopiers and faxes; 5 }. |, ] J) }6 [" @2 q! \
• Performing regular backups of corporate data and systems; ' _) ~' s! w; r. J9 C1 H' m• Setting up and dismantling offices with all the wiring, responsible for the transportation of IT equipment; & u& I1 Q. c5 B# O# l1 ?( t
• Implementing telecommunication systems in all new markets; ) z9 n" X) u5 J5 j) O; f

F2 U7 _+ o% {• IT certificate or other related diploma; 1 U/ R# z1 C4 ?0 H" a- {• Good IP telecommunications and cellular phone knowledge; ! F' I( h6 \8 L3 a6 q' C: p8 J• 3 year experience in Microsoft network management;" d+ Z" B; K. C1 G; E$ `( a X/ H
• Knowledge in VMWare (VSphere), Apple MAC, is an asset;' o- _3 K. H! X# R8 I* u/ n
• Expert knowledge of MS Office XP – 2003-2010, 2013; & d" B( b" f7 h; L9 I4 e- a/ M7 T5 z• Ability to train and assist new users; y6 R. M3 j# D g
