Responsibilities:
! t+ E- i, l4 G% ?; b; }
•     Answers incoming calls and emails in a call center environmentkeeping a "customer first" mentality from call engagement until callconclusion.

, |* c. B& R% G
•     Delivers exceptional customer service while execute thetroubleshooting level 1 for Convergia Canada customers.

% c9 L" K$ w' B8 z
•     Follows procedures and proven methods while execute thetroubleshooting level 1, must be able to improve or update the procedures incase of needed.

/ Q& [1 V& N% _0 w+ F; \
•     Provides effective support to Operations Engineer and ConvergiaNOC in the monitoring of the Voice and Data platform, and in the preventivemaintenance of the Convergia Canada customers as well.

+ q& l9 E4 U5 c+ w1 J5 s  `
•     Update the ticket status and prepare the daily report forCorporate Support and Customer Care.

Requirements:

! A& r# s0 `# w0 K. r) o/ N% g- Y9 E  `
•     High School Diploma, some coursework in technology is an asset.

/ f+ e5 y$ K. A% D
•     VoIP Experience preferred, Avaya knowledge is an asset.
* g4 Y% I: ~. Y$ F8 \2 _
•     Strong fundamental understanding of networking required.
/ l; K6 R4 _/ j7 R6 q
•     Excellent computer skills.

' {$ n6 W+ a2 X$ [' N
•     Ability to multitask and juggle rapidly changing prioritiesthroughout the day.

•     Bilingual French and English. Spanish is an asset.

Position: Full-time positionin the Corporate Support / Customer Care team of Convergia Canada.
